The term of production and payment

The term of production of products if they are not in stock during the period of average load:

        Children's modules: from 5 working days from the moment of 70% prepayment.

        Children's and sports equipment, outdoor furniture, climbing frames, trampolines: 21 calendar days.

The terms of production of large orders (from UAH 500,000) are discussed individually.

If the product is in stock, shipment is made within 1-2 working days after 100% payment.

The goods of our own production are shipped to the client or the Carrier only after 100% payment.

Goods of imported production, delivered by the shipping company after payment by the Buyer or cash on delivery according to the terms of Drop Shipping, which are specified below.

Payment for the goods is made by invoice.

Payment for installation: 50% advance payment, the balance on the day of completion of work.

Prices for installation and delivery do not include VAT.

Individual changes

The manufacturing company allows the Client to make adjustments to the products, add or remove elements, parts, choose a range of colors or individual colors of painting and fabrics for sewing.

Guarantee

Warranty for our products: 12 months according to the warranty card and passport.

The supplier guarantees the quality and reliability of the product as a whole, provided that the product is correctly installed (assembled) and the Buyer complies with the conditions of transportation, storage and operation in accordance with the "Instructions for the storage and operation of the product".

The return of the product is possible within 14 days after shipment, provided that the packaging is intact, there are no signs of assembly or use of the product. The refund to the Buyer for the product after its receipt and inspection takes place within 14 calendar days.

Product returns are not accepted after 14 days. In this case, the terms of the warranty period apply.
