Plate carrier ballistic M1

 Cordura 600 fabric is a specialized and very strong fabric. Ideal for tailoring body armor and discharges. 

Technical description:

Platform  - consists of the following layers of materials:
Cordura + Isolon (foam 5 mm) + Cordura, connected by stitching along the contour. Below are the details from the side on which the pocket will be adjusted - a 50mm Velcro hook is adjusted to fix the entrance of the plate pocket.
On the Platform - a Pocket for armor plate is adjusted
Back pocket - consists of a cordura detail on which moths are made. The 4th and 5th straps form loops at the edges for fixing the cummerbund
Front pocket  has 3 rows of moles and an adjustable valve, under which Velcro is adjusted 50 mm hook 3 rows on the pocket detail and 3 rows on the inner side of the valve. The valve is designed to fix the cummerbund.
Moli - belt 25mm  tuned to the fabric with clips. The distance between the straps is 25mm, the distance between the fasteners is 38mm + - 2mm.
At the bottom of the pocket part, there is a 50mm Velcro loop for fixing the entrance to the pocket.
The front part has an adjustable flap.
The flap is pointed along the edges on 4 sides. On the inside, there is a 50 mm velcro in three rows. plate carriers on the belt. It consists of transversely arranged slings connected by fasteners. The width between the straps is 25 mm, the distance between the fasteners is 38 +/- 2 mm. One edge of the camberband ends with a velcro loop of 100mm on both sides.
The front part of the camberband (the side with the velcro is attached under the flap to the front part). The other part is fixed to the back (with a special plastic fastener, which can be replaced with an elastic band for lacing.
Shoulder damper - consists of the following layers: cordura + isolon + cordura + perms from a 25 mm strap for fixation on the strap.
Layers are connected to each other along the contour with stitching. Cuts  edged with decorative tape.
Shoulder straps - 40mm or 50mm strap in two layers secured with stitching. Tucked through the frame to adjust the appropriate width.
Moli - for fixing the identification symbols of the fighter. 25mm Velcro is pre-adjusted to the 25mm strap, after which it is adjusted to the detail.
