RULES FOR RETURN OF GOODS AND FUNDS, PRODUCT REPAIR

Product return within 14 days.

You can return the product (or exchange it for another similar product) within 14 days of receiving it. This rule applies to goods in good condition, i.e. unused and undamaged.

Consumer rights when purchasing a non-food product of appropriate quality (Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights"):

• exchange a product of appropriate quality for a similar one, if the purchased product does not suit the shape, dimensions, style, color, size or cannot be used for its intended purpose for other reasons;

• purchase any other goods from the available assortment with a corresponding recalculation of the cost, if there is no similar product;

• to exchange the product for a similar one at the first arrival of the corresponding product for sale;

• refuse the product and receive money back in the amount of the value of the returned product.

Exchange period: within 14 days, excluding the day of purchase.

Exchange condition:

• the product was not used and was kept in the form in which it was purchased;

• its appearance, consumer properties, packaging, labels, seals, labels are preserved;

• the settlement document with the date of sale is saved;

• less than two weeks have passed since the purchase of the goods;

• there is a receipt or sales receipt

To return or exchange a product, you need to keep it in its original condition: do not use it and put it in the packaging.

Claims are considered after presentation of the settlement document (cheque). And with regard to goods for which a warranty period has been established, a technical passport or other document that replaces it, with a mark on the date of sale.

Terms of consideration of the issue.

The money paid for the goods is returned to the consumer on the day of termination of the contract, and if it is impossible to return the money on the day of termination of the contract, at another time agreed by the parties, but no later than within 7 days.

Grounds for refusal to return the product:
• the product has been used and its appearance, consumer properties, seals, labels, as well as the settlement document issued to the consumer together with the sold product have not been preserved;

• more than 14 days have passed, excluding the day of purchase;

• the product belongs to one of the types of products specified in Appendix 3 to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated March 19, 1994 No. 172 "On the Implementation of Certain Provisions of the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights";

• the appeal does not meet the established requirements for an appeal, provided for by the Law of Ukraine "On Appeals of Citizens"

In case of return of goods of proper quality within 14 days, delivery is paid by the consumer.

Goods cannot be exchanged (returned) if:

1) the product is manufactured according to the individual order of the consumer;

2) the product was purchased in a packaged form and was unpacked by the consumer, as a result of which its properties were violated;

3) the product was damaged or spoiled due to the fault of the consumer;

Warranty period.

Good quality products can be returned within two weeks. But if the product is defective, it can be returned during the entire warranty period.

By law, if you received a defective product, regardless of the possibility of using it for its intended purpose, you have the right to contact the seller:

• proportionally reduce the price

• eliminate product defects free of charge within a reasonable period of time

• reimburse the costs of eliminating product defects

Present a document confirming the purchase of the goods. It can be a check, a technical passport or another document with a mark on the date of sale.

Product repair is carried out by the KIDIGO service center free of charge during the warranty period according to the warranty card.

The request for replacement of the defective product must be satisfied immediately, if the product is available. If it is necessary to check the defect - within 14 days or as agreed by the parties. If the product is not available, it must be replaced within two months from the moment of submission of the relevant application.

During the warranty period, you can exchange or return the product only if the defect is significant.

 A significant defect is a defect that makes it impossible or inadmissible to use the product in accordance with its intended purpose, was caused by the fault of the manufacturer (seller, contractor), after its elimination, appears again for reasons independent of the consumer, and at the same time is endowed with at least one of the following signs:

 a) it cannot be eliminated at all;

 b) its elimination requires more than fourteen calendar days;

 c) he makes the goods significantly different from what is provided for in the contract.

 Based on this, an exchange or return of the product can be requested only if the breakdown was not the fault of the consumer, and it was tried to be repaired at least once.

If the product is broken due to the fault of the consumer (the user, the buyer), it does not have the seals and warranty card required by the operating documents, then the latter loses the right to service under the warranty.

The consumer does not have the right to demand the termination of the contract, if the defect discovered by him is insignificant and such that it can be easily eliminated and enables the consumer to use the product for its intended purpose (clause 10 Article 7. Consumer rights in case of purchasing a product with a defect).
